Asian Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA)

Mr. Precha Suphapetiporn, President of the Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association, and Ms. Sukanjana Karaketu, Vice President of International Affairs, attended the Council of Presidents (COP) meeting of the Asian Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, as representatives of Thailand's real estate brokerage associations. The meeting aimed to discuss and collaborate on elevating the standards of the real estate brokerage industry in ASEAN to ensure higher quality and credibility.

Asian Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) is a coalition of real estate brokerage associations from ASEAN countries with the following objectives:

To promote relationships and friendships among real estate brokers in the ASEAN region.
To enhance professionalism and implement best practices among its members.
To create business synergy through the development of an international network.
To establish a standardized system or working model that can be shared among members.
To set up trade delegations and facilitate the exchange of listings among member associations.
To foster collaboration and gain recognition from government agencies in ASEAN countries.
